He established the International Sales Division of International Home Shopping, and in less than two years, had successful operations running in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France and Germany.

As a promotion developer, he’s been credited with countless breakthrough creative direct mail packages, often doubling the response of existing controls in seasoned, heavily tested markets.  His Wheel of Winnings package concept nearly tripled response and remained a control for nearly five years, with over 50 million circulated. 

As a customer loyalty expert, his philosophies and strategies have transformed the way some companies now approach this challenge.  The heart of his customer loyalty philosophy is the ultimate goal of turning customers into advocates for an organization and its products.  At Grolier Direct Marketing he led a cross-functional team focused on customer retention ... their actions directly increased profits over $1 million annually.

As a database developer and marketing analyst, he’s established marketing databases, analysis systems and modeling techniques that have greatly enhanced the effectiveness of the marketers who have used them.  His special expertise with continuity and subscription products has afforded him great appreciation and understanding of the intricacies of back-end marketing and lifetime value issues.
